Here's how it works:

WE START A THREAD. For each event that takes advantage of this offer, a Pharma Marketing Event Forum moderator (that's me or a trusted associate) will start a thread for that conference, webinar, or podcast. Forum readers have been notified that these are conferences I think they should pay attention to.

YOU AND OTHERS SUBMIT COMMENTS, TESTIMONIALS, ETC. Forum readers are encouraged to submit comments in replies to the original post. THIS INCLUDES YOU! Readers -- including your event speakers and previous attendees -- may post testimonials praising your conference. Other readers may ask questions such as whether or not the conference would be of benefit to them. You are encouraged to respond to these questions and further promote the conference in the process. You can even post an FAQ list!

YOU POST UPDATES, SPECIAL OFFERS, OTHER PROMOTIONS. The most impoprtant feature, however, is your ability to post updated information about your event -- like the addition of new speakers and other program changes, special offers, etc. YOU CAN DO THIS WHENEVER AND AS OFTEN AS YOU WANT.

WE ENCOURAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. Registered members of the Forum are encouraged to subscribe to the thread about your event in order to receive email notification whenever a new post is made about the event. This assures that the new information you post gets out to people who are interested in attending but may not have made up their minds yet.

READERS SUBMIT FOLLOW-UP REVIEWS, RESPOND TO SURVEYS, OFFER SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT. After the event, we encourage anyone who has attended to post comments about their experience. For an additional fee, you can sponsor a survey.

ALL POSTS ARE REVIEWED BY THE MODERATOR BEFORE THEY ARE PUBLISHED. Only posts that are relevant and appropriate are approved by the nmoderator to be published in the forum. We do not allow, for example, posts that promote competing events to made to your event's forum. Posts may also be deleted upon special request -- subject to the moderator's final judgment.
