Blog If you are interested in finding a job in the pharmaceutical industry or with a pharmaceutical vendor, follow these steps:
Step 1: Look for Jobs Listed Here
Job opportunities are also posted to the Jobs Exchange Board in the Forums at Pharma Marketing Network. Register Today so you can get email notification when new jobs are posted to the exchange. Step 3: Click on an Advertiser Link Access one or more of our Google advertising partner links displayed on this page (see left and banner at top). Step 4: Attend Professional Conferences A professional conference is a great venue for networking with pharmaceutical executives as well as vendors. Check out the Pharma Marketing Conference Calendar or look for banner ads on this site for upcoming conferences in your area. Step 5: Sign up with an Executive Search Firm If you have experience in the pharmaceutical field, you might want to sign up with an executive search firm. Most of the time these firms are hired by pharmaceutical companies to fill executive positions. To find an executive search firm, go to the Executive Search Firm section of the Pharma Marketing Vendor Directory. Step 6: Follow Useful Advice from Industry Veterans Participating in the Pharma Marketing Forum is also a good way to get career advice from industry veterans. Recently, a business school graduate member had this to say about the insights she received from Forum members:"I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of you who were kind enough to take time out of your day to help a 'newby' such as myself. I was truly touched by the number of responses I received. I hope it brings you a certain sense of happiness to know that you offered a 'stranger' some help, and made a difference in my life!" - TeresaFor some useful recent advice from Pharma Marketing Forum members, see: |
