Blog Off-Label Information Dissemination, Safe Harbor, and MSLs Author: Jane Chin, Ph.D., President, Medical Science Liaison Institute, LLC SUMMARY This article discusses the often misinterpreted "safe harbor" and whether MSLs enjoy such protection when disseminating off-label information.
