In a memo dedicated to the memory of Steve Jobs, David Epstein, head of Novartis Pharmaceuticals, said eighty percent of his company’s sales reps will give up their PCs and will be “executing their call planning, detailing, emailing, and communicating with each other and physicians via iPads before the end of 2012.”
Is this memo a tool to help Novartis empty its warehouses of unused iPads? Is it possible that this memo violates FDA regulations?
