Amy Turnquist has more than 20 years of experience leading teams to create and deliver innovative, client-centric solutions that connect pharmaceutical brands with their HCP and consumer audiences. In her role as a Principal at North Highland, Amy helps healthcare organizations transform their engagement strategy, driving sustainable change and measurable impact by keeping people at the heart of every decision.
Her passion for digital engagement and marketing innovation has made her a recognized thought leader and a frequent speaker at leading industry events, including Reuters Events (eyeforpharma), Digital Pharma East, the Association of Medical Media, Pharma CX Summit and the Digital Health Coalition.
When she’s not growing business, she’s being celebrated as a champion for women, having been named an MM+M Hall of Femme honoree in 2019 and currently serving her 4th term as president of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.
Her most recent accomplishments include recognition as a PharmaVOICE100 award recipient and a PM360 ELITE honoree in recognition of the work that she has done to mentor and inspire other leaders across the life sciences industry.
Amy currently serves as an advisor for Temple University’s Digital Innovation in Marketing MS program and sits on the Advisory Board for Seton Hall’s Customer Experience Executive Education Certificate program, while also serving on the boards of the Pharma Marketing Network and OffScrip Media.
