CBI’s 5th Annual conference provides the only platform for the quality assurance and quality control professionals to interact and discuss strategies for effective handling, trending and classification of product complaints.
For 2007 we are increasing networking opportunities, through two unique benchmarking group sessions. Each such session will be focused on a different aspect of complaint handling. Attendees are also able to choose a roundtable topic to discuss one aspect of complaint processing. After sharing stories, similarities and differences, the floor will be open to a larger discussion on various topics.
This year’s conference also features presentations from industry professionals on:
